Ingredientes:
Creme de
chocolate
120 g de
manteiga
100 g de
farinha
120 g de
chocolate amargo, quebrado em pedaços
100 g de
açúcar
2 ovos
60 ml de
leite
Creme de
queijo
500 g de
quark
150 g de
açúcar
3 ovos
1 pacote
de açúcar de baunilha
125g
iogurte natural
Preparação:
Pré-aqueça
o forno a 190 graus. Unte com manteiga uma forma de abrir de 23cm de diâmetro.
Derreta
o chocolate com a manteiga no fogão em calor médio. Quando estiver derretido
retire do calor e deixe arrefecer um pouco. Misture os ovos com açúcar, com uma
batedeira elétrica, adicione posteriormente o leite. Adicione a farinha e
integre bem os ingredientes. Verta o preparado na forma, forre as paredes da
forma com o creme e vai ao forno durante 35 minutos. Retirar do forno e reduza
o calor para 160 graus.
Bata os
ovos com o açúcar e a baunilha. Adicione o quark, o iogurte e misture bem. De
seguida espalhe o creme por cima do creme de chocolate (que deverá estar
quente). Leve ao forno por mais 60 minutos até que o creme de queijo fique
firme. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar um pouco. Retirar cuidadosamente da
forma. Assim que estiver frio levar ao frigorifico durante pelo menos umas 3
horas.
Eu
decorei com frutos vermelhos e raspas de chocolate mas podem ser criativos com
os vossos sabores.

Ingredients:
Chocolate
cream
120g
butter
100 g
flour
120 g
of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
100 g
sugar
2 eggs
60 ml
of milk
Cream
cheese
500 g
of quark
150 g
sugar
3 eggs
1
vanilla sugar package
125g
natural yoghurt
Preparation:
Preheat
oven to 190 degrees. Coat with butter a 23 cm springform cake. Melt the chocolate with the butter on the
stove over medium heat. When melted remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Mix the eggs and sugar with a mixer, then add the milk and the flour. Put the
cream in the form and spread it all over.
Put it into the oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to
160 degrees.
Beat
the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add the quark, yogurt and mix well. Then
spread the cream over the chocolate cream (which should be hot). Bake for
another 60 minutes until the cream cheese is firm. Remove from oven and let
cool slightly. Carefully cut out the shape. Once it's cold lead to the
refrigerator for at least about 3 hours.
I
decorated with red fruits and chocolate chips but you can be creative with
ingredients you like most.
