Para muitos dos que
provam os meus bolos, este é um dos preferidos! Tanto o podem fazer retangular
em forma de brownie com o creme por cima, ou em forma redonda, recheado e com

This is a favorite
cake amoung my friends! You can do it in a rectangular shape, like a brownie
with cream on top, or in a round shape, stuffed and coverage. I hope you like

Ingredientes:
Bolo:
6 ovos
1 caneca e meia de
açúcar amarelo;
1 caneca de puré de
abóbora (abóbora cozida, esmagada e escorrida);
2 colheres de sopa
de sumo de limão;
1 caneca de farinha;
1 colher de chá de
fermento em pó;
2 colheres de chá de
canela;
1 colher de chá de
gengibre em pó;
0,5 colher de chá de
nóz moscada;
0,5 colher de chá de
sal;
Recheio/Cobertura:
1 lata de ananás em
calda;
1 lata de pêssego em
calda;
200 ml de natas
frescas;
250 gr de
mascarpone;
Essência de
baunilha;
2 colheres de sopa
de açúcar amarelo;
Preparação:
Bolo:
Bata os ovos com o
açúcar até obter um creme volumoso. Adicione o puré de abóbora e o limão e
continue a bater. Num recipiente à parte junte todos os ingredientes secos de
forma a que se misturem uniformemente. Adicione-os à massa e continua a bater
até que todos os ingredientes se encontrem bem misturados.
Forre a forma
escolhida com papel vegetal, e verta o creme para a forma. Leve ao forno, a 180 graus, durante 20 min no caso do brownie ou 40 min
no caso de ter escolhido a forma redonda. Deixe arrefecer o bolo. No caso do
bolo recheado deverá cortar o bolo ao meio.
Recheio/Cobertura:
Verta parte da calda
de ananás por cima do bolo. Corte finamente o ananás e o pêssego.
Bata as natas com o
açúcar e junte o mascarpone. Não bata demasiado pois pode correr o risco de o
mascarpone talhar. Junte a essência de baunilha.
Cubra ou recheie o
bolo com o creme e disponha as frutas por cima a gosto.
Pumpkin cake
Ingredients:
Cake:
6 eggs
1,5 cup of brown
sugar;
1 pumpkin puree mug
(cooked pumpkin, crushed and drained);
2 tablespoons of
lemon juice;
1 cup of flour;
1 teaspoon of baking
powder;
2 teaspoons of
cinnamon;
1 teaspoon of ginger
powder;
0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
;
0.5 teaspoon salt;
Cream:
1 pineapple can;
1 peach can;
200 ml of fresh
cream;
250 gr of
mascarpone;
Vanilla essence;
2 tablespoons of
brown sugar;
Preparation:
Cake:
Beat the eggs with
the sugar until thickened. Add the pumpkin puree and lemon juice. In a separate
bowl add all dry ingredients and mix them together.
Gradually add and
beat the dry ingredients mixture. Spread batter into the prepared pan. Bake at
180 degrees for 20 min if you choose the brownie or 40 min if you have choose
the round shape. Let cool the cake. In the case of stuffed cake you should cut the
cake in half.
Stuffing / Coverage:
Pour part of the
pineapple syrup over the cake. Finely cut pineapple and peach.
Beat the cream with
the sugar and add the mascarpone cheese.
Add the vanilla essence.
Cover or fill the
cake with cream and put the fruits over.
