It was not enough to be crazy for sweets , also I
love a good savory pastry. This recipe is very simple , fast and can get a good
number of rolls, ideal for parties with a large number of guests . I share some
tips that make the process of cutting the roll a lot easier. I hope you enjoy .
Until next recipe I wish you good flavors :).
Ingredientes:
2 rolo de massa
folhadas;200g de queijo mozzarela ralado;
Ervas a gosto, eu utilizei tomilho;
Sal;
1 alho esmagado;
140g de tomate seco em óleo, bem picado;
1 brócolo cozido e picado;
1 pimento amarelo picado;
Preparação:
Mantenha a massa
Dry tomato and broccoli cheese swirls recipe
Ingredients:
2 puff pastry sheets;
200g grated mozzarella cheese;
Thyme;
Salt;
1 crushed garlic;
140g of dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped;
1 boiled and chopped broccoli;
1 chopped yellow pepper;
200g grated mozzarella cheese;
Thyme;
Salt;
1 crushed garlic;
140g of dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped;
1 boiled and chopped broccoli;
1 chopped yellow pepper;
Preparation:
Keep the pastry in the fridge until required for use.
It should remain steady, so that the rolling process becomes easier. In a bowl
mix all the other ingredients. It is appropriate that they are finely chopped
to facilitate cutting the swirls. Unfold the pastry sheet and spread it with a
rolling pin. Spread the filling over the dough and roll it. Press all of the
ends of the dough to keep the filling within. Wrap the parchment paper, that
usually comes with the puff pastry, and tighten the roll with your hands in
order to feel the dough and the filling are compact. Take it a few minutes in
the freezer to become more firm. Cut the roll in slices about 1 cm, and place
them, cut-side down, onto 2 baking sheets. Put in the oven to 200º about 15-20
minutes, or until they are golden brown. Your guests will love it.
